Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance (Dubai - UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Support the team with the day-to-day management of an existing client portfolio
• Assist with operational processes, including revenue booking, quote comparisons, claims-related matters and risk information requests
• Help prepare client documentation, reports and presentations
• Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters and build effective working relationships across the market
• Work with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver timely, high-quality support
• Participate in relevant client, insurer and team meetings and events
• Learn and use the team's systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions
• Gradually develop the knowledge and confidence required to manage your own portfolio of clients

Requirements

• UAE national
• Currently based in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant professional experience or an internship involving client interaction, relationship management or business support would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in working with clients and developing commercial relationships
• A proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively within a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Confidence in learning new systems and digital tools
