About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the financial hardship debt program benefits and process
- Empathize with and de-escalate upset clients through inbound phone calls
- Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate options
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM
- Collaborate with clients on customized solutions to encourage program retention
- Meet or exceed retention targets
Requirements
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening
- Negotiation and de-escalation skills
- CRM proficiency
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
