About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary service support contact for Elite Banking customers
- Support Relationship Managers in managing customer portfolios
- Process customer requests including account servicing and credit card applications
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding and documentation compliance
- Promote digital banking channels and assist customers in adopting self-service solutions
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking, wealth, and investment products
- Monitor service requests and complaints to ensure resolution within SLAs
- Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management Support
- Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth customers is an advantage
- Knowledge of banking products, customer onboarding, KYC, AML, and wealth management solutions
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in digital banking platforms and customer servicing systems

What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Banking
