About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer feedback and complaints via voice channels (Call Centre)
- Carry out outbound calls for complaint follow-ups
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) as a key KPI
- Escalate complex complaints to the Complaints Resolution Unit
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude in accordance with bank standards
- Participate in providing input to management to improve customer experience
- Adhere to shift schedules and attendance requirements
Requirements
- UAE National status required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Service
- Background in Contact Center or Customer Service environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills for problem solving
- Knowledge of banking laws, policies, and procedures
