About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer feedback and complaints via voice channel (Call Centre) in accordance with guidelines
- Carry out outbound calls for complaint follow-ups
- Provide appropriate responses to customer queries
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) as a key KPI
- Escalate complex complaints to the Complaints Resolution Unit
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with all customers
- Highlight and escalate potential risks immediately
- Adhere to shift schedules and attendance requirements
- Participate in team knowledge sharing to enhance service quality
Requirements
- UAE National status required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Service
- Background in Contact Center, Customer Service, or complaints environment
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of bank systems, policies, products, and procedures
- Knowledge of banking laws and practices
