About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the OTC cryptocurrency trade desk
- Execute trades via bank wire and ACH transfer
- Field inbound and outbound communications from clients
- Partner with compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity
- Educate clients on platform basics, including wallets and cryptocurrency offerings
- Track individual performance metrics including call quality and trading ratios
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred
- Strong organizational skills and discipline in regulated environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures
- Proficiency in computer use and learning new platforms
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OTC trading or brokerage services
- Familiarity with AML compliance or regulatory monitoring
- Proficiency using AI tools for productivity
- Passion for fintech and digital assets
