LTF Digital is a leading digital marketing agency specialising in the medical aesthetics industry. We help clinics and practitioners connect with patients, build their brands, and grow their businesses through cutting-edge digital strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address issues or escalate concerns
- Work closely with internal teams including design, content, SEO, and PPC to ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or the medical aesthetics industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically
- Self-motivated with proficiency in managing time independently in a remote environment
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Must be based in Dubai or the wider UAE region and eligible to invoice as an independent contractor
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a marketing agency environment
- Direct experience in Medical Aesthetics
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or ClickUp
What we look for
- 2+ years client services or account management experience
- 2+ years digital marketing or medical aesthetics experience
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Based in Dubai or UAE
- Ability to work as an independent contractor
