About the role
Responsibilities
- Standardize and manage overall service and operational quality across the Private Banking Division
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, SOPs, and compliance with regulations at all levels
- Create, negotiate, implement, and monitor the success of all SLAs with all partners
- Manage all Client Service Officers and ensure proper levels of service
Requirements
- Experience in Private Banking service management
- Knowledge of banking SOPs and regulatory compliance
- Experience in SLA management and partner negotiation
- Leadership and management of client service teams
