Responsibilities
- Standardise and manage service and operational quality across the Private Banking Division
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, SOPs and regulatory compliance at all levels
- Create, negotiate, implement and monitor SLAs with all partners
- Manage all client service officers and ensure proper service levels
