Client Solutions Internship - Dubai, Feb 2027

Responsibilities

• Shadow account teams to learn about client-facing groups, client types, and the service model
• Assist account teams with client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals providing support by phone and on-site client visits
• Expand knowledge of the client base and financial markets through learning activities and mock demos
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management

Requirements

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
• Client-centric mindset and desire to collaborate across teams
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency learning and using new technology
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge with Excel skills
• Final year Master's students or recent graduates
