About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce executive-ready client materials, including formatting and quality-checking presentations in Google Slides
- Support cross-functional follow-through by coordinating inputs, tracking dependencies, and surfacing blockers
- Quality-assure deliverables for accuracy, consistency, logic, and alignment with brand standards
- Maintain team infrastructure by organizing shared files, templates, and operating documentation
- Anticipate needs of Client Solutions leaders by managing operating rhythms and coordinating meeting logistics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive operations, business operations, or project coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing polished work
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated excellence in creating executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
