About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to a portfolio of key small business accounts
- Drive customized solutions and upselling to fill client needs
- Develop multiple client relationships to surface threats and opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers and deliver value while meeting corporate goals
- Review client program performance and identify revenue and cost-saving areas
- Interpret contracts and guide internal teams to meet client SLAs
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reporting analytics and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
