Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of large, national self-funded employer clients
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across client organizations including C-suite and VP-level HR and Benefits leaders
  • Lead end-to-end renewal strategy, developing client-specific approaches that demonstrate measurable plan performance
  • Design and deliver executive-level renewal presentations and business reviews using claims analytics and clinical outcomes
  • Orchestrate a high-touch service experience by coordinating across internal teams and vendor ecosystems
  • Oversee the identification and resolution of high-stakes client issues such as claims discrepancies and member escalations
  • Drive a data-informed account management approach using plan analytics and population health trends
  • Champion the client's voice internally across product, clinical, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of health plan or employee benefits experience with exposure to large, self-funded employer accounts
  • 7 years in client success, account management, or client-facing consulting roles
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing complex, high-revenue employer relationships
  • Deep knowledge of self-funded health plan administration, TPA operations, and claims management
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with value-based care, ACO-based plan models, or primary care-centered benefit design
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfort with data visualization and analytics platforms
