About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer and lead requests about services and account management
- Support customers with source code management platform connections
- Guide leads on the service via email and website chat
- Draft inspection reports for customers
- Draft legal documents and agreements to fit customer requirements
Requirements
- Prior customer success or similar experience preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs and similar tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
