About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the adviser's client admin end-to-end: meeting packs, documentation, workflow management
- Support light paraplanning tasks: research, letters, drafting, report preparation
- Use Skybound's tech platforms to streamline processes and elevate the client experience
- Liaise with providers, internal teams, and clients to keep cases moving
- Maintain high compliance standards across all Skybound entities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally adviser support or admin
- High-level organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with senior clients
- Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems
