About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and quality to meet client expectations
- Serve as primary client contact and ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, financial performance, and quality deliverables
- Serve as CDI subject matter expert balancing quality, satisfaction, and profitability
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to grow client relationships
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain top CDI talent
- Represent UASI as a CDI expert through professional organizations and speaking engagements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience
- Subject matter expertise in CDI in a consulting environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clients and staff
- Strong culture building and employee engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active CCDS credential, RN preferred
