About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, supporting ongoing engagement and day-to-day program execution
- Provide hands-on clinical execution support, including program implementation, go-lives, and training across acute, post-acute, and home environments
- Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) to align performance with site strategic priorities
- Conduct regular site visits to reinforce clinical best practices and identify workflow efficiency improvements
- Partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, and Marketing teams to address customer needs
- Manage consumable inventory to ensure treatment continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards
- Familiarity with developing business plans, ROI, and health system accreditation processes
- Ability to translate data and analytics into action plans
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Hemodialysis experience
- Direct patient care experience
- Experience with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery
- National nursing certification
- Nursing leadership experience
- BLS & ACLS certification
