About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide members as their pharmacist in the family to manage medications and disease states
- Engage members by phone, chat and email with a white glove experience
- Perform drug utilization reviews, comprehensive medication reviews and regimen recommendations
- Engage providers on medication gaps, drug therapy recommendations and formulary compliance
- Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee work and clinical policy development
- Support prior authorization and utilization management reviews
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree
- 3 years in direct patient care, PBM clinical operations or Medication Therapy Management
- Pharmacy license in state of residence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD
- Managed care or pharmacy residency
- Multi-state licensure
Benefits
- Base compensation of $120,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus and equity
