About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through implementation and completion
- Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
- Delegate and oversee team members, ensuring they are appropriately trained
- Maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, and other associated documents
- Manage and motivate team members using positive and productive communication methods
- Support team member mentorship as needed
Requirements
- Experience in the successful conduct of clinical trials
- Strong understanding of GCP and clinical objectives
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a study team
