About the role
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online and networking channels
- Conduct strategic meetings with hiring managers to define key competencies
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to verify minimum qualifications
- Manage ongoing candidate relationships
- Manage requisitions and maintain accurate recruiting documentation to meet SLAs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment experience for hiring managers
- Support clinicians through onboarding in collaboration with HR
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals
- Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Data-driven recruitment strategy experience (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
- Clear verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Psych and therapy recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, business or related field
