About the role
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle hiring across on-site nurses, remote clinicians and corporate roles
- Source, screen, and manage hiring stakeholders to close candidates
- Own a high-volume requisition load across markets nationwide
- Help shape scorecards, interview structure and funnel benchmarks
