Clinical Recruiter (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Actively source and engage licensed clinicians through job boards, outreach, and referrals
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple states
• Conduct video screens to assess licensure, experience, and fit
• Coordinate and support the interview process with clinical leadership
• Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Write and maintain compelling job postings
• Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
• Comfort working with high candidate volume across multiple open roles
• Experience using an ATS to track candidates and pipeline stages

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with clinical licensure requirements (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience recruiting at a startup or fast-growth company
• Background or interest in youth mental health
