Clinical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for candidates, building a deep knowledge of Nourish’s value prop, policies, and processes
• Own the full candidate lifecycle, from application review and screening through interviews, offer calls, and close
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while assessing clinical fit and alignment with the care model
• Sync regularly with internal stakeholders on candidate feedback, hiring decisions, and pipeline priorities
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Provider Onboarding, and Product teams to improve candidate experience
• Make process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups
• Lead outbound recruiting efforts to high priority prospects via personalized emails and calls

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience recruiting licensed healthcare providers is a plus
• Hyper-organized with ability to manage high-volume processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for metabolic health
• Experience in fast-paced startups (healthcare, telehealth, SaaS, or tech)
