Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and are growing 3x year over year.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit psychologists and therapists passionate about serving neurodivergent adults
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through authentic outreach
• Manage the full recruiting process from initial contact to offer acceptance
• Work closely with the clinical team to understand specialty requirements
• Track candidates, verify credentials and licenses, and maintain the ATS
• Develop new solutions and optimize recruiting processes

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive bias for action and sense of urgency
• High level of organization and attention to detail regarding clinical licenses
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
