Clinical Revenue Cycle, Associate (PB Focus)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects
• Deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
• Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to make a tangible impact on operations
• Leverage advanced technology tools to drive decision-making and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field (MBA, MHA, or MPH highly desirable)
• 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience with a focus on professional billing coding and charging
• Previous experience in professional services or consulting roles
• Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, specifically coding and charge capture
• Relevant licensure or certifications (e CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills with strong aptitude for using data and Excel
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as needed

• CPC Certification
• CPPM Certification
• CCDS-O Certification
• Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration
• Charge Capture and Coding experience
