Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects
- Deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance client revenue cycles
- Leverage advanced technology tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to make a tangible impact on operations
- Manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
- 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience focused on professional billing coding and charging
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role
- Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, coding, and charge capture processes
- Relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
- Strong financial and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, or MPH degree
- CPC or CPPM Certification
- CCDS-O Certification
- Experience with Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration
- Experience with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems (e.g., Athena, Epic)",
