About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical revenue management tasks for Professional Billing customers
- Lead charge capture optimization and process improvement projects
- Deliver high-quality analysis using advanced technology tools
- Collaborate with client leadership at various levels
- Travel up to 25% to client sites as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
- 3-5 years of healthcare experience focused on professional billing coding and charging
- Professional services or consulting experience
- Expertise in physician coding and charge capture processes
- Relevant certification such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA or CPMA
- Leadership and multi-project management skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills with Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA or MPH
- CPC, CPPM or CCDS-O certification
- Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration
- Charge capture and coding experience
- Sales or business development experience
