Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. We offer a leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics and are building a comprehensive platform for precision diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to support study startup activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical sites to ensure smooth operations
- Provide training to research sites on device use and study protocols
- Monitor project progress for adherence to timelines, protocols, and quality standards
- Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Address operational issues promptly using tools like Zendesk and Asana
- Provide actionable feedback from research sites to improve devices and workflows
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding data collection and reporting
- Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
