About the role
About the Company
Mood Health is a collaborative group practice dedicated to making a difference in the mental health community! We aim to make quality care accessible to all income levels while providing a supportive work environment for our therapists and psychiatrists.
Responsibilities
- Provide 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
- Conduct 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
- Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
- Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed
Requirements
- Valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians
