About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche clinical communities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, and compensation
- Deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using standardized scorecards in Greenhouse
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure ATS data is up-to-date
- Support physician sourcing efforts as directed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of women's health experience
- Expertise with CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health related roles
- 3-5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
- Experience with pipeline creation
- Prior work in start-up spaces with KPI structures preferred
