About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical testing processes for OutcomesAI's AI-enabled nursing platform
- Validate AI voice agents and productivity agents for clinical accuracy and safety
- Ensure AI infrastructure leverages multimodal foundation models within a HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2-certified framework outcomesAI partners with leading health systems and virtual care organizations to deploy and deploy and validate these capabilities at scale
Requirements

Experience in clinical testing management

Knowledge of evidence-based protocols (e.g., Schmitt-Thompson)

Knowledge of triage, remote monitoring, and post-acute care workflows

Experience working with EHR systems like Epic and Athena
