About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee site selection, feasibility, activation, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout activities
- Partner with CROs to ensure robust clinical trial execution and patient enrollment strategies
- Draft and manage study plans, Informed Consent Forms, CTAs, CRFs, and monitoring plans
- Conduct sponsor oversight of CRO monitoring activities and perform quality oversight visits
- Review clinical data listings and dashboards to ensure data currency and completeness
- Maintain and perform quality reviews of the Trial Master File (TMF)
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and international regulatory requirements
- Mentor and provide guidance to CTMs, CRAs, and other Clinical Operations team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, nursing, pharmacy, or other health-related area
- 6+ years of clinical trial management experience within a sponsor Pharma/Biotech organization
- 5+ years of direct experience overseeing Phase II/III clinical trials
- Strong understanding of the drug development process, ICH guidelines, and GCP
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
