About the role
Responsibilities
- Support operational execution of clinical studies from synopsis through final project deliverables
- Manage implementation, budget, milestones, and timelines for clinical studies
- Oversee cross-functional study teams to ensure execution within budget and timelines
- Lead vendor identification, qualification, and selection for EDC, IWRS, and Central Laboratories
- Ensure data integrity through routine reviews, query resolution, and consistency checks
- Track and communicate program progress to Senior Management via dashboards and trackers
- Assess the impact of changing regulations and guidance on clinical projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech-related clinical research or oncology experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing Phase 1-4 clinical trials
- Experience in the management and selection of CROs and vendors
- Subject matter expertise in US and Global Regulations (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech clinical research experience
- 1+ year as CTM
- Experience managing Phase 1-4 clinical trials
- CRO and vendor selection experience
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR, and Global Regulations
