About the role
Responsibilities
- Support operational execution of clinical studies from initial synopsis through final deliverables
- Manage study implementation, timelines, budgets and vendor selection
- Oversee cross-functional study team members within approved budget and timelines
- Manage risk and prioritize competing tasks and issues
- Lead vendor qualification and systems setup including EDC, IWRS and central laboratories
- Review data for trends and outliers; ensure data integrity through routine reviews
- Track and communicate program progress to senior management with dashboards and trackers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or clinical research experience
- At least 1 year as a Clinical Trial Manager
- Experience designing, initiating and managing phase 1-4 clinical trials
- Experience managing CROs and vendor selection
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of US and global regulations and guidance (ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)
