About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide discreet and vigilant close protection to the principal and family
- Coordinate security personnel and fleet operations in Dubai and abroad
- Conduct advance work and detailed risk assessments before arrivals
- Escort the principal and family during daily activities and travel
- Travel internationally with the principal as required
- Train, mentor and supervise existing security personnel
- Support travel logistics and occasional errands
Requirements
- Military or equivalent high-level security or protection background
- Proven close protection experience for UHNWIs, VIPs or prominent individuals
- Experience coordinating security teams and fleet operations
- Experience conducting advance work and security risk assessments
- EU, UK or US passport holder
- Age 32-40 years
- Excellent physical fitness
- Strong communication and calm decision-making under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Martial arts or self-defence training
- Defensive driving experience
- International security experience
- Experience in a private household or UHNW environment
- Experience training or managing security personnel
