About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and AI agents
- Act as technical advisor to customers and partners on AI solution design and deployment
- Resolve blockers related to identity, security, compliance, governance and licensing
- Develop adoption and change management plans with communications and training
- Analyze usage insights to measure business impact and identify expansion opportunities
- Manage usage-intent and consumption milestones across assigned customer accounts
Requirements
- 7-9 years in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting or technology solutions
- 3-4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles and delivering technical projects
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption experience
- Strong Microsoft security and compliance expertise
- Experience building and governing AI agents in Copilot Studio
- Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more required certifications such as MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100 or AB-730
