Cloud Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
• Monitor and analyze network health, latency, throughput, and availability
• Maintain network diagrams, inventories, and technical documentation
• Investigate and resolve network incidents and service requests
• Support resilient and secure bidirectional connectivity and data synchronization
• Plan and support network and integration changes through change-control procedures
• Prepare monthly hybrid integration and connectivity reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in network engineering or cloud networking
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
• Experience supporting cloud environments like AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Experience monitoring network performance and operational health
• Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across cloud and legacy systems
• Experience with network configuration management and change control
• Working knowledge of network security principles
• Experience working within formal IT service management processes
