About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator for SaaS and cloud platforms, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA and roles
- Configure and maintain audit logging and centralize logs with compliance retention
- Run access reviews, remove stale accounts and over-privileged roles
- Onboard and offboard users across systems driven from Rippling and Google Workspace
- Write scripts and integrations to automate provisioning, access reviews and reporting
- Act as first responder on security incidents, contain threats and join post-incident reviews
- Provide tier 1-2 IT support and manage laptops and asset inventory
Requirements
- 3+ years administering SaaS and cloud platforms in a 50-500 person company
- Google Workspace and identity/HR platform experience such as Rippling or Okta
- Hands-on SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA and role-based access configuration
- Audit logging and log review knowledge
- Scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash and REST API use
- Security incident response experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2 / ISO 27001
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS SysOps, Security Specialty or Google Workspace Administrator certification
- SIEM or log aggregation experience
- MDM and endpoint hardening experience
- Terraform or infrastructure-as-code
- Healthcare or regulated industry background
