Cluster Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's annual digital marketing strategy and budget
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, and Corporate Marketing on commercial strategy
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for direct and third-party platforms
• Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM, and influencer partnerships
• Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI across digital channels
• Oversee content production and brand consistency on social media
• Lead CRM strategy and manage email marketing tools
• Support revenue optimization by monitoring rate parity and pricing integrity
• Drive awareness and engagement for the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program
• Ensure optimal visibility and conversion performance on OTA platforms
• Manage the hotel's online reputation across review sites

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce, preferably in hospitality or retail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics
• Proficiency in content marketing, CRM, and paid advertising
