About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, accounting and reporting across all cluster properties
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Lead annual budgets, forecasts and financial business plans
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor cost control, cash flow, working capital and collections
- Establish and strengthen financial controls and address audit findings
- Lead and develop finance teams across assigned properties
- Act as financial business partner to the Cluster General Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 5-8 years of hotel finance or accounting experience
- Prior Financial Controller or senior finance management experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and internal audit
- Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in hotel financial systems, ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-property or cluster finance operations experience
