Cluster Groups Manager (Proactive) - Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, develop, and convert group and events business across assigned cluster hotels
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and enquiries
• Collaborate with Cluster Revenue Team on group rate strategy and availability
• Maximize total group revenue across rooms, meeting space, and F&B
• Maintain accurate information in Opera and other Marriott systems
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with brand standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or guest services
• OR a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management
• Strong understanding of market conditions and competitor activity
• Proficiency in Opera, Empower, and Marriott platforms
• Results-oriented approach to new business development
