About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Priority Banking Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) within an assigned cluster
- Supervise team, allocate portfolios, and manage hiring/headcount
- Set and track team KPIs, including service quality and sales targets
- Oversee customer portfolio management (400-1,000 customers per VRM) via digital/virtual channels
- Drive customer acquisition and product cross-selling (investment, takaful, etc.)
- Monitor sales pipeline and provide reports to management
- Ensure compliance with Islamic Sharia requirements and UAE banking regulations
- Coordinate with Investment Advisors, Operations, and Contact Center teams
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience in the UAE
- Experience in sales or wealth advisory for priority banking or retail HNIs
- Proven experience leading a team of professionals
- Strong understanding of virtual banking service models
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, credit policies, and risk practices
- Proficiency in CRM and MIS tools
- Strong leadership, training, and presentation skills
