Cluster Sales Executive - Leisure

Responsibilities

• Support leisure revenue growth by identifying business opportunities with affluent travelers and families
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
• Execute leisure sales strategies for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client visits
• Monitor sales performance and provide updates to the Sales Manager
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Experience in leisure sales is preferred
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business preferred
• Fluency in English is required
• Additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Arabic are an advantage
