Cluster Sales Manager - Corporate and Long Stay

Responsibilities

• Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in the corporate and long-stay segments
• Drive and maintain positive relations with key accounts and business partners
• Meet and exceed sales targets for rooms, meetings, and food & beverage
• Develop a network of contacts to secure hotel trials for key decision makers
• Maintain sales call patterns and execute action plans to reach targets
• Manage corporate contracts and group business negotiations
• Monitor account revenue and business production

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry in Dubai, UAE
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, corporate accounts, MICE, and government segments
• Experience with hotel PMS and sales systems like Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent, or Passk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
