About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive leisure revenue by targeting affluent travellers, luxury vacationers, families and leisure groups
- Develop and execute leisure-focused sales strategies for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs and key leisure partners
- Monitor and analyse leisure sales performance and market trends
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize hotel performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in luxury hotels
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of luxury leisure travel and distribution channels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English required; additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Arabic are an advantage
