Cluster Senior Sales Manager - MICE

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MICE sales strategies to meet revenue targets across three hotel properties
• Secure exhibition, trade event, congress and conference business connected to DWTC and Dubai market
• Build and maintain a healthy MICE pipeline through prospecting, site inspections and follow-up
• Manage key accounts with PCOs, event agencies, DMCs and corporate clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts aligned with pricing strategy
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, F&B and operations teams
• Maintain sales forecasts, CRM records and pipeline reports

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hotel sales experience with a strong MICE track record
• Proven success achieving sales targets and securing group and conference business
• Experience working with PCOs, exhibition organisers, event companies and DMCs
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market and exhibition environment
• Commercial acumen in hotel pricing, group contracting and revenue management
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
• Experience with Accor or another international hotel group in UAE or GCC
• Experience connected to DWTC or major exhibition venues
