Cluster Wedding Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker

Responsibilities

• Develop wedding sales strategies to generate business across cluster hotels
• Prospect new wedding and social event business in the UAE and GCC market
• Build relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, families and wedding planners
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, venue tours and negotiations in Arabic and English
• Develop customized wedding proposals and packages
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with Banqueting, F&B, Culinary, Front Office and Operations teams
• Monitor client satisfaction throughout the planning process

Requirements

• 2-3 years in hotel, wedding, catering or banqueting sales or event management
• Fluent or native Arabic and excellent English
• Proven success generating wedding and social event business

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
• Previous UAE hospitality experience
• Experience with GCC clientele and hotel venues, ballrooms or banquet facilities
