Co-branded Credit Card Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the PMP team on the CBCC UAE launch plan and timeline, tracking milestones and cross-functional readiness
• Lead the day-to-day development of the CBCC customer value proposition (CVP), including card benefits and rewards mechanics
• Coordinate operational readiness across functions, including customer onboarding, servicing processes, and payment operations
• Develop and execute BTL/activation plans, including in-store training
• Act as a single point of contact for retail teams regarding training and support activities

Requirements

• Experience coordinating a product or program launch, ideally in loyalty, cards, or financial services
• Experience in a multi-brand environment shaping a customer value proposition (CVP)
• Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to drive delivery across teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial acumen
• UAE market knowledge preferred
