Coding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Chinese
• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and naturalness of Chinese language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to harden model reasoning
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, or systems programming
• Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly ("showing your work")
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Real-world coding experience
• Technical writing experience in Chinese
• Open-source contributions
