Responsibilities

• Optimize email deliverability to ensure maximum outreach performance and response rates
• Design, manage, and execute multi-channel outbound lead generation campaigns across email, cold calls, and LinkedIn
• Utilize automation tools like Zapier, Make, Smartlead, and Clay to scale lead generation efforts
• Manage cold-calling platforms and strategies to drive engagement and conversions
• Analyze performance metrics to track campaign success and refine strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation
• Deep expertise in email deliverability and cold outreach
• Extensive experience with Zapier, Make, Smartlead, and Clay
• Proficiency in cold-calling platforms
• Ability to interpret performance data and implement data-driven improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
